The seats you open should be filled by people who show up.
FounderGather runs registration for one booked room: free to register, a hard seat limit, and a waitlist that promotes itself the moment a seat frees. Your community's show rate stays on record, event after event.
Registration is free for attendees. Always.
Free founder breakfasts, workshops and demo days of 20 to 120 seats. You run 1 to 8 a month; this runs them with you.
Free events run 40 to 60% no-shows across published studies of free attendance. Seats that go unconfirmed are released and the waitlist is promoted in order, automatically.
Every registration, confirmation and check-in accumulates into one record per person, across every event your community has run. Attendance is disclosed on your registration form.
A 48h sweep that emails confirmations and releases seats without you acting. A door check-in screen. Quarterly reports. Browser only for now.
Watch a seat refill itself
40 registered, 6 seats unconfirmed. One attendee doesn't answer. Their seat is released, the first person on the waitlist is promoted, and you did nothing. This is the whole product.

The room, as numbers
Every event view opens on four numbers computed from real rows: registered, confirmed, seats left, waitlist. The same view holds the attendee list, each person's show rate, and the waitlist in position order.
Export the list for the door. Hand the attendance report to your director or sponsor. Nothing is tallied by hand on a Sunday evening.
| Attendee | Status | Show rate |
|---|---|---|
| Mei Chen | Promoted | 93% |
| Tom Becker | Confirmed | 88% |
| Ana Duarte | Confirmed | 75% |
| Lei Zhang | Registered | 81% |
| Sofia Marino | Confirmed | 70% |
| David Osei | Confirmed | 95% |
show rate = checked in ÷ confirmed, per person, across every event. Organizer-only.
34 of 40, and the room carries it
The speaker talks to a full table. The sponsor upstairs gets one attendance report instead of four questions. And you did not spend the week before the event chasing confirmations.

Your first event is free, with every feature on it.
Publishing any event after that costs $19, one time, no subscription. Registration for attendees is always free and FounderGather never touches ticket money — we are not in the ticketing business.
$19 per event after that. One time.
